ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are roasted and packed fresh. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing before shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping notification with tracking information once your order ships.
SHIPPING METHODS & RATES
We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are fulfilled by our roasting partner, Temecula Coffee Roasters, located in Temecula, California.
Standard Shipping: Estimated 3–7 business days after processing. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination but typically $7.
Free Shipping: Available on orders over $70 (contiguous U.S. only).
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional charge. We do not currently offer international shipping, APO/FPO, or P.O. Box delivery.
DELIVERY
All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times are calculated from the ship date, not the order date. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, customs, or other events outside our control.
Once your order is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
ORDER TRACKING
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@blacksitecoffee.com.
DAMAGED, LOST, OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or you received the wrong product, please contact us at info@blacksitecoffee.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it promptly—either through a replacement shipment or a refund at our discretion.
For packages marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If the package cannot be located, contact us and we will assist with a carrier investigation.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. Black Site Coffee Company is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.
