Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Black Site Coffee purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review the policy below so we can get any issues resolved quickly.
30-DAY RETURN WINDOW
We offer a 30-day return window on eligible non-coffee merchandise, calculated from the date you receive your item. To request a return, simply email us at info@blacksitecoffee.com with your order number and a description of the issue. All return requests must be submitted before a return is shipped—items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.
Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Proof of Purchase: You must provide your receipt, order confirmation email, or other proof of purchase.
Items that show signs of use, wear, washing, alteration, or damage not caused by us are not eligible for return. If damaged in shipping, please submit a photo with your inquiry. We reserve the right to decline a return if the item does not meet these conditions upon inspection.
COFFEE & PERISHABLE PRODUCTS
Due to the perishable nature of coffee and food products, all coffee sales are final unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered. If that happens, please contact us at info@blacksitecoffee.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right—either with a replacement or a refund at our discretion.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
• Coffee and perishable food products (unless damaged/defective on arrival)
• Gift cards
• Items purchased on sale or during promotional events
• Items returned without prior authorization
• Items that have been used, worn, washed, or altered
HOW THE RETURN PROCESS WORKS
Step 1: Contact us at info@blacksitecoffee.com with your order number and a description of the reason for return.
Step 2: If your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the item.
Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it using the label provided. We recommend keeping your tracking number until the return is completed.
Please note: Return shipping labels are provided at our discretion. In cases where the return is not the result of our error (e.g., you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size), the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
We take quality seriously. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@blacksitecoffee.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number, a photo of the damaged or incorrect item, and a brief description of the problem. The sooner you reach out, the faster we can take care of it.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email whether the refund has been approved or denied. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after approval. Your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time beyond our control.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not seen the credit, please contact us at info@blacksitecoffee.com and we’ll look into it.
Refunds are issued for the product price only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
